On Tour: Barry Manilow

Don’t miss this last chance to see the legendary Barry Manilow live in concert.

The man who writes the songs that make the whole world sing is back. Barry Manilow is taking his hits and hitting the road for his One Last Time Tour. This last tour, a goodbye to his legions of fans, is sure to be packed with fan favorites.

Before dropping mega-hits such as “Mandy,” “Looks Like We Made It,” and “Copacabana,” the legendary singer/songwriter got his start in music as Bette Midler’s music director in her bathhouse and early recording days. Manilow launched out on his own in the early ’70s, and since then, his music has broken records all over the world. Now, he is taking those beloved songs out for one last spin. Favorites like “Weekend in New England,” “This One’s for You,” and “Daybreak” will surely be played, yet, with such a vast catalog of material, it would be impossible to play every song the audience clamors for.

To date, Manilow has sold over 80 million albums and has enjoyed 47 Top 40 hits, not counting material he penned for other artists, among them Dionne Warwick and Bette Midler. He was also responsible for numerous commercial jingles in the 1970s, including the Kentucky Fried Chicken. He has had a most distinguished career, and is recorded as being one of the top-selling singer/songwriters ever.
