On Tour: Simple Plan

Simple Plan has embarked on an anniversary tour to play their debut album in its entirety.

Simple Plan’s debut album No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls turns 15 this year, and to celebrate, they’ve embarked on an anniversary tour to play the album in its entirety. Back in 2002, the Canadian band skyrocketed to fame as their debut album, including hits “I’m Just a Kid” and “Grow Up,” earned two platinum certifications. But that was then, and this is now. Since 2002, the band has released four more albums and remains one of the best blasts from the past, as well as a solid fixture in today’s alternative rock scene.

Whether you’re a current fan or value the nostalgia of their oldies but goodies, the guys of Simple Plan are out to impress. As they state, they are not only playing every song from their debut album, but all of your favorite hits, too. Along with all of their quality tunes, they also bring along support from Seaway and Set It Off. | Alyssa Bardol
