On Tour: Mac Miller

From start to finish, Miller shows off quick-witted lyrics, innovative beats, and overall eccentricity.

Ask any college kid if they know who Mac Miller is and they will all provide the same response: Duh. The Pittsburgh-based rapper became a fixture to any good party playlist back in 2011 when his platinum single, “Donald Trump,” blew up on YouTube with now 111 million views. That was then, and this is now. Since his YouYube days, Miller most notably hit the Top 40 radio waves on Ariana Grande’s triple platinum “The Way” in 2013, and has released four studio albums.

On September 16, Miller dropped The Divine Feminine, an electrifying, 10-song album pumped full of features like Ty Dolla $ign, Kendrick Lamar, and even his new fling, Ariana Grande. From start to finish, Miller shows off quick-witted lyrics, innovative beats, and overall eccentricity.

To celebrate his album release, Miller will hit the road on “The Divine Feminine Tour” this fall. Spanning from coast to coast, the 36-date tour starts in Atlanta on October 17 and rolls through St. Louis on October 23 and Denver October 31. If you’re trying to find me October 23, you know where I’ll be. | Alyssa Bardol
