Opening Reception
Tuesday, July 22
4:00 – 6:00 pm, Free admission

Please join the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis and the AIGA for a special reception celebrating Ed Fella.

For The Front Room, guest curator Bruce Burton presents a survey of Fella’s After the Fact flyers, as well as a selection of sketch book inspired Venice Posters. Fella has also graciously created a new flyer specifically for this exhibition as a free take-away (each is a hand signed print, so get them while they last!).

Also accompanying his exhibition in The Front Room, self-proclaimed "exit-level designer" Fella presents a collaborative screen printed poster on the occasion of his show in St. Louis. Working with the AIGA student group at the University of Missouri St. Louis, Fella created an array of typographic elements and allowed the students to design them into posters. Four different designs were selected to be screen printed and limited to an edition of 50.

The posters are being sold to benefit the AIGA student group at the University of Missouri St. Louis and the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis, and can be purchased at the Contemporary’s gift shop for $20.
