Alec Ounsworth and his Flashy Python bandmates will be touring in early 2010.  Four dates have already been scheduled starting in January, where they will be opening for Cold War Kids.  The band plans to spend most of next year on the road and more shows will be announced soon.

Singer and songwriter Alec Ounsworth recently made his solo debut with the release of Mo Beauty (Anti-Records).  Alec recorded Mo Beauty in New Orleans backed by area musicians.  The album has been applauded by critics as "voluptuous and muscular" and "strikingly compelling."  

Along with songs from Alec's solo release Mo Beauty, Flashy Python will also be performing music from their debut album Skin and Bones, as well as material from Alec's previous band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.
