Digg!

It's not a sadness, but a yearning. Not a weakness, but a quiet strength. Not an instant smash, but a slow burner.

You can try to put a label on Eulogies' music—go ahead, everyone does—and it would come out something like this: thoughtful, gentle, carefully constructed, inviting yet arm's length indie rock.

Or you can find out for yourself. Give their new release, Here Anonymous (out April 7 on Dangerbird Records), a few spins or, even better, check them out live. Eulogies are finishing up a tour with Bad Veins before embarking on another jaunt with Canadian favorites The Dears.

Join us for an exercise in brevity with Eulogies singer/songwriter Peter Walker.
