1. People who think the popularity or charting of music and albums is an indicator of the music's quality, blinded by the ads, and put these albums in their top ten albums list of 2006.

2. 10. Idiots who make public their grievances or opinions on the Internet or on a group e-mail list by doing a "top ten somethings of the year" list.
