When you need to hear some reggae, it has to be just right...and Elan does it right.
When you need to hear some reggae, it has to be just right...and Elan does it right. He combines the free-flowing reggae feel with the pulse of high-tech club music, mixed with a touch of Latin influences. The disc is very well engineered and the mastering allows you to rattle some windows without the low end falling apart to mud. The opening cut, "Nothing Is Worth Losing You," has the strongest hook, giving the impression of being an instant classic. The title track is a touching acoustic song, with Elan's tone of voice making a definite nod to Bob Marley.
RIYL: Steel Pulse, Peter Tosh, Bob Marley
