Wolverine hits stands on September 13th with Wolverine: Origins #6 and Claws #2, while Civil War continues in Thunderbolts #106 and a smattering of new printings with all new covers.

Wolverine: Origins #6 Begins the Search for Logan's Son

Wolverine: Origins #6 begins a new arc which sets Logan off to find the son he recently learned was still alive and it also features two covers by superstar artists Joe Quesada and Ed McGuinness.

In Part 1 of "Savior," Wolverine comes face-to-face with a sinister Soviet from his past on his quest for his son.  When Logan goes looking for answers, he finds the deadly Omega Red standing in his way.

Logan may be in over his head, but he finds some help in some old friends.  But will that be enough to overcome Omega Red? Especially considering Logan's state after the mind-blowing revelation from last issue, where he learned that his son is still alive and filled with hatred for his father above all else.

Wolverine: Origins #6 finds Wolverine's quest for answers colliding with Omega Red's quest for revenge.  Expect claws, coils, and lots of blood.

Claws #1 Sells Out

With stunning art by Joseph Michael Linsner and written by Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray, it should come as no surprise that the first issue of Claws, a three-issue mini-series starring Wolverine and the Black Cat, has sold out at Diamond.

"Nothing could make Justin and I happier to find out that Claws #1 has sold out...the whole team has done a fantastic job creating the book and the crew at Marvel has gone out of their way to make sure a fun book like this doesn't get lost in the crowd with so many big events going on. Thanks to the retailers, fans and Marvel for making such a dream project come true and most of all, thanks Joe Linsner...your fans have spoken!"

In Claws #1, Logan and Felicia Hardy are kidnapped and brought to a remote island where they are to be used as big game for a group of rich hunters.  And the person organizing this hunt is none other than...Kraven?  But isn't he dead?

Be sure to pick up Claws #2 as Wolverine and the Black Cat navigate an obstacle of bullets, arrows, grenades, bombs, knives, rockets and giant killer robots.  And then the game's ringmaster decides to unleash the main event just to prove that there's more than one way to skin a cat.

The first issue of this action-filled and beautifully illustrated mini-series sold out quickly.  Be sure to get your copy of Claws #2 and we promise you'll be happier than the cat that caught the canary.

As a result of the quick sellout of the first issue, retailers are advised to check their orders on Claws #2 and #3.

Civil War Changes In Store for T-bolts in Thunderbolts #106

The Civil War between the heroes of the Marvel Universe gave Zemo the chance to amass the supervillain army he needed. In Thunderbolts #106, Zemo unleashes his newly-formed army against the Grandmaster and to the victor goes the entire world.

One thing is for sure, when the dust settles from Civil War and the contest between Zemo and the Grandmaster is decided, the T-Bolts will never be the same again. The Thunderbolts are reformed villains attempting tobecome heroes, but will the current Marvel Universe necessitate a meaner, badder team to make a difference?

Plus, when pawns on both sides of the board begin plotting against their leaders, it may not be Zemo or the Grandmaster who stands triumphant in the end.  Who will be left standing and who will be leaving?  It may be the end of the Thunderbolts as you know it!

Pick up Thunderbolts #106 as the T-Bolts find themselves on the precipice of changing the world, but will it be the Thunderbolts who end up changed in the end?
