3. Wireless mouse and keyboard—When streaming concerts and movies, it’s essential.

4. In-focus projector—It’s like a movie theater in the house.

5. Taming the laundry monster—The routine of doing a little laundry every day.

6. Cooking—Rather than take out all the time.

7. Hooks and rope—In the kitchen and the basement for drying things.

8. Portable iPod speakers—Like headphones, but the music can be shared.
