Britney, even the French are perplexed [from a Canal Web site]

Yes, there are only three, and yes, technically an individual can not actually be a walking, talking, partying crotch shot.  But I submit that the rules of the game (the whole thing, including trifles like national attention, media saturation, and proper use of language) have changed and this flawed list is an unnatural outgrowth of that.  Is Lindsay better than Britney? Is Paris really the meat of this crotchy sandwich (no irony intended)? Not necessarily, because each of these plastic icons proves equally that the unseen mystery is often times far better than the paparazzi reality.
